At Highland Lakes Camp and Conference Center we plan programmed summer camps, events, retreats and host numerous events and retreats throughout the year that require a complex staff who serve in a multitude of roles.
To serve on staff you must:
-Be a Christian who is an active member of a local church
-Live a life of moral integrity
-Be a faithful witness of Jesus Christ
-Be willing to live on site
