Highland Lakes Camp and Conference Center is conveniently located only 30 miles west of Austin off of Highway 71. It provides year-round service facilities for conferences, camps, training seminars, outdoor education outings, and family gatherings.

Convenient Location

Highland Lakes is conveniently located only 40 miles west of downtown Austin off of Highway 71.  Close to town and all its modern conveniences… yet tucked away in a wonderfully secluded wilderness setting.  Your group may also wish to schedule off-site trips as part of your activities.  A number of area attractions located within one hour’s driving time include:

Highland Lakes has 15 meeting rooms of various sizes that can accommodate as few as 4 or as many as 1,200.  Highland Lakes’ facilities are used for a number of events, including:

Your event will be held in comfortable facilities equipped with furnishings and essential technology to meet your needs.  Modern, fully furnished, motel-type housing offers attractive accommodations for up to 120 individuals.  Clean, air-conditioned dorms can support groups of up to 750 individuals.  Two cozy cottages offer private lodging facilities fully furnished for a weekend getaway.

All housing units are conveniently located close to all conference facilities.

Nutritious Food Service

Your group will be served delicious, nutritionally balanced meals during their stay at Highland Lakes.  Our centrally located 300-seat Dining Hall provides buffet-style dining during fall, winter, and spring events.  The menus offer terrific home-cooked meals that are top-of-the-line in quality, portions, and taste.  You will also find a huge salad bar with an average of 18 items.

Full-service meals can also be provided in a private, customized arrangement in the Dining Hall or Conference Center.  Decorations, linens, and audio-visual equipment are available upon request.  Virtually anything can be accommodated to meet your needs.

Outdoor Camping

Highland Lakes offers 67 full hook-up RV spaces equipped with water, sewer, 50 amp/30 amp electrical hookups, and picnic tables.  For group gatherings, a pavilion is conveniently located at the park entrance.  The RV Park is landscaped with mature oak shade trees, native wildflowers, and shrubs providing a natural habitat for wildlife.  Also available is a wilderness camping area located on a heavily wooded peninsula.

Tabernacle

Memorial Lodge

Dorms

—         8 dorms varying in capacity from 52 to 136.

Kilburn Cottage

Upper Room Suite

  —         Our most luxurious lodging accommodations on campus.
